I had the pleasure of working with sales person Thomas West. I have purchased over 25 cars over 30 years and have never received high quality customer service like I did from Thomas. I inquired on line about a used F-150 that was priced better than any other pickup I could find. Thomas immediately called me and asked if I had questions and wanted to know how he and Young could earn my business. Thomas took about 25 pictures of the pickup for me. The dealership is located about 35 miles from my home. The next day I told Thomas that i recently had knee replacement and could not make it into the dealership. Thomas said no problem and brought the pickup to my home for me to inspect and test drive. We made a deal on the vehicle in my home. Thomas’s sales manager Hunter was on the phone with us and deal approved! Luis did paperwork with me over the phone going past 7:00 pm. Pickup was cleaned and delivered to my home this morning, documents signed and a done deal. All this orchestrated by Thomas and him understanding that my sore knee prevented me from coming to the dealership. I can not say enough good things about Thomas and Young Automotive. Easiest experience I have had in purchasing a.vehicle! More

They "verify" that it had been inspected and everything worked. I was so disappointed when I got there and the check engine light was on and there was no AC working in the back to rows of the car. They would do nothing to fix the problem and said if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for the service on it before they would check it. This is after the salesperson said that everything works great make the eight hour drive. This is a very lazy salesman didn't do his job all he cared about was his commission and adding fees on to the car. Watch out for their $700 accessory fees for roadside assistance which your insurance already covers and their stupid shadowmark is a scam. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed at their lack of professionalism and care of peoples time and finances. No apologies or remorse from our lazy lazy salesman or his supervisors! Drove home without a new car. More

Great local dealer Because Bonanza is part of a dealership that has cars in Utah as well as Idaho, the SUV we wanted to look at was in Utah not Burley.
