I identified a pre-owned Jeep Cherokee and after some correspondence drove over an hour to test drive. Although they are there to make money I never felt like they were pressuring me. I purchased the vehicle. They delivered my car so I did not have to make the long drive back. UPDATE – As of 4/24/2022 I NEED to change the experience from a positive to a negative. There are current issues. The transaction was very non pressured but the follow up has been awful. I let my guard down and have paid the price. I was not provided with a copy of the work performed when the vehicle was traded in to make it sale ready. I was informed by a Sales Manager, ELI, that the purchase price advertised was only good if financed through the dealer. I was able to fight for the price after much back and forth. Secondly, I was also informed that I was not entitled to a $ 250 gas card that was also advertised for the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Also note they try to charge for "Courtesy Guard" on all used vehicles valued at $399, which was also removed after discussion. I would strongly recommend that if purchasing you obtain EVERYTHING in writing and review the advertised pricing and incentives so there is no misunderstanding. Last UPDATE 5/1/2022 - The General Manager, Chris B. called me and we discussed situation. He offered me more than I expected and I appreciated his efforts and would consider doing business again.
