Have been calling this guy for three weeks asking for updates. (8 so far) Zero responses to emails. Can never get him on the phone. Ridiculous dealing with this service department. Chris was great to deal with, love my Gladiator and got a fair price on my purchase and trade. Detail/Clean up dept is less than stellar expectations not met met. I brought my truck in to get an oil change. I have a service plan where i get a certain amount of oil changes and they’re supposed to check and top off all other fluids. On the inspection form it shows that they said they checked my fluids etc. but my issue is they claimed they checked the window washer fluid and it was fine. But the light was on the dash showing it was empty so that’s kinda hard to miss. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil or checked anything with my vehicle. More

I had a error code on uconnect update and identified it to the service department and was told that did not know what the code meant, and I would need to bring it in for diagnostic test could not get an ap to the service department and was told that did not know what the code meant, and I would need to bring it in for diagnostic test could not get an appointment for 30 days out and the cost would be 200 for the test. Uconnect stated that they cover the diagnostic test but still would have to wait 30 days. Got the feeling that it was not important to the service department at all. Never had that type of service when it was Westgate dodge. Poor customer service in my opinion when I provided the error code that was given during the update. More
By far the worst service department at a dealership I have dealt with. Mark continued to lie to my daughter and myself for over a month they had her Durango to replace (2) coolant lines. I was 2nd in line for an oil change. They finally gave me my truck back, 3hours later with no inspection info except what was emailed to me later that afternoon just to find out that my They finally gave me my truck back, 3hours later with no inspection info except what was emailed to me later that afternoon just to find out that my brakes needed attention when I could/should have been informed while there, but no through a email hours later, tech was holding onto paperwork til his “lunch” at noon. So was going to let me sit there from 730am til noon, just because he didn’t want to do his job correctly. This needs corrected, makes me wonder if I should even bring my other vehicle in for a service and other repair that’s scheduled for a couple of days, because who knows what will happen there. More
My issue is with Jeep in general. They produce a mediocre product, the warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on, and their lack of customer focus is appalling. Anytime you need troubleshooting, and potentially warranty pay, it is a minimum 3 week wait. When you need standard, customer pay service (tune up, oil change, etc) they can get you in next day. There is no concern as to whether or not the vehicle is operable. This specific issue, I waited several months for a part. This is completely unacceptable. I worked as a service advisor for Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge years ago and things were handled much differently. The customer is not the center of what they do anymore. More
