Service department doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t respond to messages. Was told they corrected my electrical issue and everything tested ok. Told me they couldnt do repairs to my parking break because the could'nt get the locking lugs off, told me to go to a tire dealer. I did what they said and the tire guy took it right off no problem. Each time they told me they called the insurance company. When I called the insurance company I was told the dealership never called. I then called the delearship and I am told from them they thought someone called. Now my wife was given two options an engine from the dealership with a 500 dollar handling fee or a lower quality remaned engine with no handling fee from the insurance company. We picked less money with on handling fee. Now the engine is in the van and I'm told we still owe a 500 dollar handling fee. More
