Very disappointed in the service. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ago to have my 8 month old vehicle looked at because it was not functioning right. When I dropped the car off on a Friday morning to be over 2 weeks ago to have my 8 month old vehicle looked at because it was not functioning right. When I dropped the car off on a Friday morning to be checked out I was told that it wouldn't even be looked at until Monday. Then the service writer proceeded to tell me that all these people here had an appointment also and they did not want to give me a loaner. I guess my questions is what was the point of an appointment? I even took a day off of work to get this taken care of. Had they told me this when I made the appointment I would have been prepared. This is very poor customer service and highly unlikely to visit this dealership in the future. I do hope that since York has taken this over they will re-evaluate their service department. You just don't get the customer service at the dealerships like you used to. More
Belligerent Smart mouth turned into a very nice dangerous Scam Artist! Don’t go to this dealer if you want you or your family members to feel safe driving a car after they kept it overnight. Especially i Scam Artist! Don’t go to this dealer if you want you or your family members to feel safe driving a car after they kept it overnight. Especially if you are a veteran suffering from PTSD! Right from the first interaction it went very bad. Tried to defuse this guy (Mark) from the beginning, he had a smart aleck attitude with every answer to your question. Only took the car there to get a covered manufacturer problem repaired and decided to ask about checking a malfunction in the car that occurred while waiting the 2-1/2 weeks for the appointment. By the time we were finished he tried to to charge a fee for every item we discussed taking the diagnosis fee close to $500 for items even if they were related as well as the covered manufacturer claim. He would try to say something else was wrong with the car that was triple the price of what was actually wrong with the car. Even thier paperwork they write up is a scam. Every time he opened his mouth all you could hear was rude, disrespectful, smart aleck and he didn’t care about safety, quality assurance or customer appreciation only making money off of customers . He had all the power and there is nothing anybody could do about it. I know enough about cars to know when someone is trying to Scam me. From the negative reviews I have read and from my negative experiences this is a dangerous service center to take an automobile to. A 0 rating is what it deserves, maybe a 1 for almost doing the right thing. I believe that is a cover-up for being a total Scam Artist. He didn’t know he was talking to a thorough automotive Engineer! It doesn’t pay$$ to prey on customers! More
