I have been waiting on a status response for a warranty item on the seat covers for my truck that have been showing wear. Katzskin seat covers were put on my seats prior to buying the 2019 RAM 1500 BIG HO item on the seat covers for my truck that have been showing wear. The service work should have been covered by the extended warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. Warranty company inexplicably denied the service, but York CDJR performed the service at their own expen warranty that I purchased with the vehicle. I was not informed of the number of oil changes in a package offer. Previous packages had 4 oil changes the new one has 3 and the price is $10 more. Contacted dealer management to discuss. No reply.
