I had a 9:30am appt on 12/12/2020 to find out why my new vehicle smelled like gas, inside the cab & outside. Upon my arrival to the appointment, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to even get the vehicle vehicle smelled like gas, inside the cab & outside. Upon my arrival to the appointment, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait to even get the vehicle looked at. Then once they figured out the issue, the Service Manager Becky said they would order my parts. She then told me to call back on 12/15 to see if my parts came in. Took forever to get someone to answer the phone in service on 12/15 to find out if my parts had arrived. Once I talked to someone, they were less than energetic on the phone but did setup my repair. And then there were no loaner vehicles available the day I dropped off my vehicle. I didn’t even mention the 3 plus emails, texts, phone calls I received to confirm my appointment for 12/12. A bit much there. The dealership did fix my issue but, in my opinion, for good customer service, I think ALL OF THESE types of issues need corrected. More

Felt misled about diagnostic pricing. I was given the impression that the diagnostic charges were waived if you decided to move forward with the repairs. I chose to get the repairs. The parts were not in impression that the diagnostic charges were waived if you decided to move forward with the repairs. I chose to get the repairs. The parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. It was explained to me when I arrived that since my part was not in stock, I would have to pay full price for the diagnostic and also the repairs. I don’t like this policy. My repair was quoted at about 300$ The diagnostic fee was approximately 130$. If the part was in stock, then my total bill would have been 300$. Now I get to pay 430. Ridiculous if you ask me. More

Cost to replace Brakes was more expensive than what I could get done somewhere else, I was able to get it done for half the cost. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 1 hour was efficient but also made sure that everything was checked out on my van. The LOF package is the best price in town. Brought car in for mechanical repair from an accident on 10/23 took over a month to get with my insurance company to diagnose what repairs needed to be done then held my car 4 days after repairs were done b 10/23 took over a month to get with my insurance company to diagnose what repairs needed to be done then held my car 4 days after repairs were done because they hadn’t sent information to my insurance I spent over $800 on a rental out of pocket because the last 21 days I had left on my rental agreement from my insurance were used up while my car was sittings on the lot finally returned my car on 12/8 More
