I made an appointment to have my 2006 Jeep G.C. thoroughly inspected. I had to wait three weeks for this appointment, when I arrived I was treated like I was just a drive-up / drop-off customer. Th thoroughly inspected. I had to wait three weeks for this appointment, when I arrived I was treated like I was just a drive-up / drop-off customer. The service advisor I had the appointment didn't even wait on me, instead I got Doug Miller. Mr. Miller couldn't care less about me or my jeep. This is time I was upset. I filled out the online appointment, I documented my issues and your advisor just acted like I was a problem. Then, to add insult to injury, I never got to speak with Mr. Miller on any follow-up calls. I had to deal with two and three other people to even get to the issues of my Jeep. I paid $699.02, the total bill to "actually" repair my Jeep was quoted at +$6500.00. I never got the actual break down on what repairs cost what! If I'd gotten a detailed analysis of repairs, I would have chosen 1) Breaks 2) the transmission 3) the reason the engine idles rough 4) the air conditioner 5) suspension issues 6) Dash lights and the issues with the front passenger side not blowing adequately. The only reason I came back to this dealership was the change in name. I have trusted the Yorks, But, I now know the name changed but the service did not. The people you deal with when paying the bill are awesome! They actually take time to smile, greet you and "talk" with you, NOT AT YOU, like Mr. Miller did. Yes, I'm venting, but I am sick and tired of being treated rudely at this location. Your Service people have not done a thing to change my mind about getting service here. Remember, I'm the one who keeps coming back to give you another opportunity to win my service and money.
