Drove away from oil change, and oil all leaked out. Returned and they did a poor job cleaning the mess and were not very apologetic. Had return 2 times just to get it fixed. Very unprofessi out. I feel the service just does the bare minimum. It’s just ‘ok your vehicle is done’. They never say ‘you may want to think about having this or that service done next time’. I realize they attach a sheet that has a breakdown of what you should do at a certain mileage and there is information online. But some people do not know much about vehicle maintenance. Should we just blindly have these things done because a piece of paper says so? That’s where the whole SERVICE DEPARTMENT comes in. It would be great if we actually had someone we could TRUST to say ‘yes, you absolutely need to do this or maybe you can wait on that, etc.’ Everyone is really nice there, but other than knowing that I need to do regular oil changes and tire rotation, I have no idea what I REALLY need to have done beyond that. I don’t feel like the service department helps with that at all. Also in the past when I have taken the time to write a review and have had some suggestions or not given a very good review, I’ve been sent a free oil change. While I do appreciate that, that is not what I want. I want the problem fixed not money or free service thrown at me. More
