It took my new 2021 Dodge Charger xxxx cat red eye to the dealership to have the first brake in oil change after the first 1k miles. I had the red eye clean inside and out. First thing when I pulled up the dealership to have the first brake in oil change after the first 1k miles. I had the red eye clean inside and out. First thing when I pulled up to the service department in the express oil change line their was a few cars in front of me. Not a problem. I take a seat on the bench and starting reading emails. After about 45 minutes a guy sets on the bench next to me and said they told him a Two hr wait. Now he is 8 cars behind me. So after watching everyone and yes even the guy I spoke too 2hrs ago was picking up their cars. I see my car finally pull up young gentlemen got out, He had no plastic or paper mat on floor or the driver seat. So I go in to pay for it and lady says she didn’t have any paper work. So I waited another 20 minutes for someone to get the paperwork. That’s fine. But when I get in my brand new red eye there’s oil all over my console, arm rest and all over the front of the hood and left side fender flair. I owned two multi million dollar companies for 25 years and just recently sold both of them So I know a little about customer service. There needs to be a atmosphere of excellence in your shop and it needs to start with the management then to you’re oil change hourly employee. They need to buy into the vision and the goals of the dealership. More
