It was great this time Bridget Thomas actually took care of the problem that I've been having with the service department for a while. I was getting invoices for somebody else's truck I called three times t of the problem that I've been having with the service department for a while. I was getting invoices for somebody else's truck I called three times three times a told me it was taken care of and it had not been.. I explained this to Bridget and she took care of it corrected everything that was wrong you got me taken care of. I appreciate her going the extra length to make sure it was corrected properly. When I came Am I in my car worked ,not now! They updated my radio telling me that that would take care of the problem that occasionally will take a minute or so to come on but then when they updated it cras my radio telling me that that would take care of the problem that occasionally will take a minute or so to come on but then when they updated it crashed the system rendering most of my controls useless! It won’t even come on. When I asked what they could do to fix it they said they could put a new radio in to replace the one they broke and I would have to pay the full amount! I know updates sometime crashes the system but that is not my fault! But I believe that they should at least or should I say you should at least split the difference on the cost! This is the first time I’ve ever dealt with York More
