Had serious delay in receiving the necessary part to repair a warranty issue with my truck. I had to follow-up multiple times with the dealership to see what the status was on the repair. We arrived and checked in at 11:40a in the express oil change lane. I was informed that we may have to wait until after 1pm for the service to be completed IF it was going to be completed at all.
