Kyle was very informative. My Jeep was done in a timely fashion. How ever I do feel, in my opinion. If a customer has a diagnostic and has work done based off the findings, there should be some sort of dis fashion. How ever I do feel, in my opinion. I am very aware and knowledgeable of what the “book” says for time. I’m also very aware that in many and most cases with “experienced” techs it doesn’t take the hours the “book” calls for.
