Worst experience ever. Its been 10 days i bought new jeep due to some reason i did not get my 2nd key as i was told by sales rep it will be mailed to you very soon but till Its been 10 days i bought new jeep due to some reason i did not get my 2nd key as i was told by sales rep it will be mailed to you very soon but till now i am waiting for it and most anoying thing that sales rep nick told me last week tuesday its mailed and today morning i have been informed its not mailed today we will mail you some other person called me in morning that xxx hole was so rude when i said i am going to put all my experience and review on social media that mother xxxxer said i don’t care like seriously guyz worst service after sales you will not get proper response still if you do not want to get xxxx off go to some other dealership there is many more but these employees are good for nothing dont know how to talk to there customers and you have to read all features and specification by urself bc when you will ask sales rep will say i am not sure let me see thats what he says mostly all the things you will ask worst employees and worst dealership More

First, read this horror story about York CDJR Brazil. Then turn and RUN as far and as fast as you can from this company! We drove over 3 hours on a Saturday to get a truck they said they "went though" Then turn and RUN as far and as fast as you can from this company! We drove over 3 hours on a Saturday to get a truck they said they "went though" in their service department. The drive home determined that was big fat lie. We got about half way home and got pulled over for no brake lights/tail lights. Our sales person text first thing Monday morning to make sure everything was OK. I proceeded to tell him the problem with the lights, he stated they would make it right. Later that day we get a call saying the interest rate went up almost 2 percent but they were going to make it right, and we had to sign new paperwork that they would overnight to us. At this point, I said no, we would rather not pay that interest rate, especially since the truck had an issue with the rear lights. Again we were told they would take care of that but they had to get the paperwork signed first.(this should have been my red flag to tell them to shove this truck) so in good faith that they would get issue with the truck fixed we get the paperwork filled out and sent back to them. Surprise, surprise, after they got the paperwork, I would return my phone calls. So guess who got stuck with the $2500 bill to fix the wiring in the truck. We did. In a nut shell if you don't want to get taken advantage of stay away from these people. More
