After spending almost 6.5 hours in this dealer they said the car I have decided for did not have the title, then because they felt very "embarrassed" they offered me a newer car for $1k more, which I agreed, but this car did not have the title neither...so I walked out that day leaving a $5k deposit and convinced that they were giving me a great deal and that they felt sorry for the time spent...nevertheless, when I got home I discovered that the vehicles they offered me were actually listed for less money in their website making me feel that the fooled me and had no respect at all for the time wasted. I got really upset and on Monday when they were supposed to call me first thing in the morning to let me know the status of the title, they actually called me at 6pm...I requested a refund...that night I saw another car so I called Jules next morning so I can go and see that car. He asked me to go on Friday and advised me that the car has no title neither, I went and see the car and I agreed to take that one assuming that a week passed by already and the title would be there soon...another week passed by and no Jules anywhere, how come they don't care about customers in this hard times? no calls or emails from him updating about the title, so I called him after two weeks and decided to ask for my money back as I felt no respect from them...that was Friday and next week Thursday I haven't received my money back so I decided to emailed him and manager Ike who help me process the refund as Jules never made the request...seriously they play games and have no respect for people...they made me waste time and money because Jules never canceled the insurance when they told me he did. Again, this was my worst experience ever after my two previous cars purchases were smooth. More
