Be forewarned, this place looks run down & is the epitome of a used car dealership. At first they're all lovey dovey and use all their tactics to reel you in order to make that sale but afterwards, t epitome of a used car dealership. I went there this past weekend to inquire about the FREE oil change. I was basically told that the oil change wasnt free unless i purchased something else. However thats the only thing my car needed. The manager was very rude & obnoxious & started yelling at me. I dont see why its a big deal to give someone a $20 oil change for a car they just purchsed for $20,000. Never again! More
From the initial contact to final sale it was a great experience.After looking at a few different cars finally went with Rafeal's suggestion and can't say enough about the car and everyone who works ther experience.After looking at a few different cars finally went with Rafeal's suggestion and can't say enough about the car and everyone who works there, whoever says buying a used car is not fun has never shopped at Yonkers Auto Mall. Bought a car and when everything was said and done, it turned out to be almost twice as much as it was listed for.The car was not cleaned properly. A signal bulb was out which i told them about but it was turned out to be almost twice as much as it was listed for.The car was not cleaned properly. A signal bulb was out which i told them about but it was never fixed. On top of that, they were about to send me on my way with no gas in the tank until i pointed it out. Overall, it was a very bad experience and i wouldnt want to wish that on nobody. More
I went to the dealership in November to purchase a car. I was happy that they not only took my car, but paid the minimum balance off and provided me with a new car. I was very skeptical about the dealersh I was happy that they not only took my car, but paid the minimum balance off and provided me with a new car. I was very skeptical about the dealership as they seem to rush you into things. But in all, I left with a car that I thought I was happy with. Due to them telling me that the car had just come in, I wasn't provided a Carfax report. I was told by Bibi that they would fax it to me. I am still waiting for it 9 months later. I was also told that if I referred a friend, they in turn would make a car payment for me. I referred a friend in August and spoke with Bibi about the transaction. I was then told via email and on the phone, (all call were logged) that the payment was mailed. As of today, 2 months later the payment has not arrived. I spoke with Sal, Wally and a new lady who all informed me (all logged) that the check was on its way. I spoke with Sal last week who then claimed he knew nothing about the transaction, but that it would be mailed that day. It never came. When I recently spoke with him, he became combative and argumentative now saying he has nothing to do with it. They also claim they know nothing about my requests for the Carfax when I have it in writing via fax and email. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this dealership as they are not very truthful. And its sad because there are some very nice people working there. More
I picked my car up the day after I signed the papers. The car was no cleaned I had to go back another day for that ( I was okay with this). When I test drove the car it was squealing with the air conditioner car was no cleaned I had to go back another day for that ( I was okay with this). When I test drove the car it was squealing with the air conditioner on. I was promised by the seller that it would be fixed along with a loose panel. It was not fixed before pick up. I was then told by another sales man whom ended up doing the paperwork with me that the other person had quit and that he was not aware of this however we as the buyers could take it to their auto shop. I did that ( this auto shop is owned by family of the salesman) the car was there all day for a belt to be changed. When I got in the car it was sqwealing worse and the mechanic told me he did not have the part and to call him in a few days when he could get it. I have called many times over the past few weeks and left messages. NO ONE from the dealership or from the auto shop. DO NOT BUY FROM there. Their prices are good and the only reason is because everything is wrong with their vehicles. More
Our experience at Yonkers Auto Mall was the best we have had to date. Many variables came up in our purchase decision, and the staff could not have worked harder to keep us informed, get what we wanted, and had to date. This is our first buying experience with Yonkers Auto Mall, and our only regret is that we did not find them sooner! Yonkers Auto Mall dominated our previous sales experiences in every way. The sales associates are 'real', genuinely interested in helping us find what we want, and customer satisfaction matters to them. I will be highly recommending Yonkers Auto Mall to my family and friends! More

Was the same. Price financing nothing didn't change... there r the best Thank you guys Miss .. garcia More
