On Sunday, January 12, 2014, I went to Yonker's Auto Mall with the intention to buy a 2008 BMW. I was disappointed to learn from Anthony Hamawi that the night before the car had been sold to another cus Mall with the intention to buy a 2008 BMW. Anthony Hamawi went out of his way to assist me with getting a great deal on a great car. I love my 2011 C300 Benz. Anthony and his manager made my dreams a reality. They worked tirelessly to get me a good financing rate (my credit is not so wonderful) and a fabulous insurance quote. I am an Army soldier who is stationed in Georgia but is originally from New Jersey. I was looking to purchase a used Nissan Altima 2012, and my father noted that prices for used Altimas were $2000-3000 higher in Georgia than in the NY / NJ area. I decided to use a car inspection service to check out car options in NY first and then ship down the purchased vehicle to Georgia. I found Yonkers Automall's attractive price for a used 2012 Altima, began corresponding with Stef, and ordered an inspection of the Altima I was interested in. Stef also sent me the vehicle's Carfax, which was clean of any major issues. The technician who inspected the car called me immediately to say that the Altima had significant structural damage to the floor panel (the underside of the car). He described an approx. 5'' x 16'' dent in the underside of the car, and he sent two photos (with a ruler next to the dent) to confirm his claim. Neither Yonkers Automall nor the CarFax identified any structural damage. The technician explained that while he could not exactly say how such structural damage would affect the resale price, he did emphasize that in his extensive work with used Nissan dealerships, any structural damage will significantly reduce the grade / resell price of a vehicle. I brought this structural damage to the attention of Stef and sent her the photos. She seemed sincerely surprised and said that they had never checked the underside of the car. I said that I would only be willing to purchase the car if the price was significantly reduced to reflect the cost of repairing the structural damage. I never received a call back from Yonkers Automall. I cannot say for certain, but there is a chance that the used Altima was simply passed on for a similar price to another customer, who simply did not check the underside / floor panel of the car. I was very concerned when I did not hear back from Stef since my correspondence with Yonkers Automall had been so pleasant previously. I would be very disappointed to hear that Yonkers Automall sold the vehicle with structural damage to an unsuspecting customer. More

I had a very good experience at this car dealership. I went to 7 dealerships before I finally found what I wanted, in the price range that I wanted at Yonkers Auto Mall. Within 2 hours of finding the car, test driving it, asking questions, etc., I was driving off the lot in my new car for the exact price I wanted to pay. They were very nice and helpful, and the one issue that I had, they promptly took care of it. If your reading these reviews, just remember most times people who have negative experiences usually write reviews because they want to get something off their chest because they are feeling used and abused by a situation. Not saying that their negative experiences aren't valid and helpful, but usually people who have good experiences just keep it moving and most times don't bother to write a review. So just do your research and go in armed with information to make the best car purchase for you. I had a good experience here, and the last time I bought a car was about 10 yrs ago where the full experience wasn't so great. So I went in with eyes wide open and a million and one questions, and I am very happy with my purchase from this dealership. More

liars they don't keep promises they treat you like garbage after purchase. Went in one weekend just to take a look at a used vehicle, that one we had our heart set on was sold but there was a similar model just different color.
