Never ever have I found a place that would not except cash money for something that they are selling. Was told that it was company policy that they don't except cash and only way to get a car from them i cash money for something that they are selling. Everything about this place is SHADY! !!!!!. What a waste of 2 hours of my life. I now understand why their policy is to not give their dealer fees over the phone. They need to get you !!!!!. What a waste of 2 hours of my life. I now understand why their policy is to not give their dealer fees over the phone. They need to get you in the door to pull off their scam! Before test driving the car the sales rep (Tim) gave a rough idea of what the monthly loan payment would be, which lined up closely to the $31,350 sticker price + taxes, registration and reasonable fees. The fun begins when you sit down with their finance manager! When outlining the final amount financed it said $44k, which amounts to about $10,000 in dealer fees (after factoring taxes)! $2200 reconditioning fee, freight (I was planning to drive the car off the lot), and a whole bunch of other nonsensical fees. To the shady gentleman at the front desk - I will purchase my car at the legit dealer with taxes, a confirmed $150 doc fee and NYS registration fees (actual cost with no margin) as the only costs on top of the sticker price. They also informed me that what you’re doing is illegal. No wonder you wouldn’t let me walk out of the dealership with your quote in hand. More

The law recognizes that advertising plays an important role in helping you, as a consumer, decide which products to purchase, and that false, deceptive, and misleading advertising can lead you to make bad purchasing decisions" From NYS Attorney General's Office I was at this dealership on August 12, 2023, their advertised prices are clearly deceptive and fraudulent misrepresentations. When shown in writing that their conduct is illegal they show a clear disregard for the legal rights of consumers as a matter of company policy. This dealership attempts to force lo jack and a third party warranty on consumers as a condition of purchasing a vehicle from them. These items are not factory, are priced beyond what they are offered for from the vendors themselves and not guaranteed by this dealership. First and foremost, I had walked in with my wife and I to look at a Mazda that was listed online a little to good to be true. Not going to lie, it was. The Mazda was $7K below market value.. so I knew some look at a Mazda that was listed online a little to good to be true. Not going to lie, it was. The Mazda was $7K below market value.. so I knew something had to be wrong. HOWEVER, After going over the finalized numbers, yes they do have a little bump, which honestly made me feel better considering I was buying the car now $3.5K below market which made more sense. The car had a couple of scratches and the manager was kind enough to schedule a paint correction which came out shining bright. We also have one entire year of free oil change, brakes, and any other mechanical breakdown coverage. The car was certified. They were very accomdating and I'd highly recommend them. They are upfront with their pricing, their cars, and their service. Just do your research before you go in and you'll be fine. More
