Service Manager at Purifoy cost them all my business I talked to Jerry Hernandez at Purifoy Chevrolet and made an appointment to have my truck worked on while I was out of town for a week. I never heard anything back when I returned home and called to see if the truck was done as he promised, and they never touched it the whole week I was gone. so a few days later they called and said it was ready for pick up. When I got there they said they couldn't fix anything cause they found nothing wrong. I then asked him to go to the new trucks and see if the new trucks do the same thing mine does, of course he declined and said of course those trucks will not do it because they are new. Doesn't that mean there is something wrong with mine then?? Anyway, after I knew they were not the ones to fix problems I left to get in my truck and go home. As soon as I looked at my truck I noticed a dent in my door right by the handle. I know it wasn't there when I dropped it off because it is very noticeable! Also, almost a year ago I had the truck painted because of hail damage. So I went back in to have them look at it and asked how'd this happen? Jerry went off saying, we didn't do that, there's no way, it was there before, and every other excuse under the sun. Well the body shop manager came out to look at it, and he was very nice and helpful by the way. He told me it looked like there was touch up paint in it also as someone tried to cover it up. And he could wipe thinner on it and if it is touch up paint it would come right off no problem and we would know for sure if it was touch up paint. I assured him many times it would not come off because I never used touch up paint on my truck!! Then he mentioned that if it did come off then we would know "someone" knew about the dent and tried to cover it up. So I took that as to do my own test to see if it was. I called my painter the next day and he said, yes go ahead and do it then you will know what happened. So I did and guess what? The paint came right off! And that proves to me they dented my truck, knew about it, and tried to cover it up because I never put touch up on my truck! I know I can't prove it to make them fix it, but just knowing they are crooked and would lie about something as little as that instead of owning up to and telling me it was an accident and they will fix it, caused me to write this and tell anyone I can, do not use Purifoy for anything! I even called the owner to explain to him the way his Service Manager acted and how he went about this, but of course he didn't care and never called me back. No surprise there because when you employ a person like that and don't care about his "service" skills, I'm betting you don't care either! BEWARE OF PURIFOY CHEVROLET!! More

I have bought several vehicles from Purifoy for my family since moving to Brighton Colorado in 2004. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly, not pushy. Several dealerships I have visited in the Denver since moving to Brighton Colorado in 2004. They are very knowledgeable and very friendly, not pushy. Several dealerships I have visited in the Denver area are very aggressive, I do not like it. What is good about Purifoy is the Family atmosphere and a staff who has consistently worked there for many years. There customer service after the sale is extraordinary, more dealers should treat their customers this way. The service department is excellent and only does the work required. More
