Difficult customer Here’s the deal, nobody likes being taken by a car dealership. I went to Purifoy thinking it was going to be like every other dishonest, hassle filled Here’s the deal, nobody likes being taken by a car dealership. I went to Purifoy thinking it was going to be like every other dishonest, hassle filled experience, so I was immediately difficult and defensive. My experience was the complete opposite of what I was expecting. Tyler stayed patient and professional, regardless of how difficult I was being and Bob, the sales manager, took the time to discuss everything in great detail. Longer story short, the vehicle in question was by Far the BEST deal I could’ve hoped for, so I went ahead with the buying process. The finance manager Charles was just as professional as the other two employees. I got multiple breakdowns of my finance options and ended up with a much better payment than I was expecting. I bought and drove off in a new car in less then 2 hours. That’s unheard of. I would recommend this dealer and the service of these three people to anyone. More
