GM is either changing their motive around taking care of the most important person "THE CUSTOMER" or YATES is doing an Excellent Job on their own! I get my Buick Enclave serviced at Yates regularly. Shane Arsenault has always gone above and beyond in making sure all my needs are met. We came here from Clovis, NM (my husband is in the Air Force and we move about every three years) and the service department where we bought the car was going to be tough to beat. Shane exceeded my expectations in a big way. We have had difficulty witht he in-headrest DVD players almost from the purchase of the vehicle. The fact they were after-market made it even more difficult to get the problem straightened out. Shane hasn't let this fact hold him back. He has contacted the company that makes the DVD players and kept on them to get the problem fixed. This is remarkable to me because it's technically not Yates' problem. I've been so impressed with his service that when he told us Yates recently obtained the ability to do warrenty work on Corvettes, we brought my husband's Corvette to Yates instead of the Chevy dealer up the street. Thank you, Shane, for always taking such good care of us. Now the next Buick dealer will have quite a reputation to live up to!! More
