I HAVE NOT IN THE PAST PREFERRED THE DEALERSHIP TO A LOCAL MECHANIC. HOWEVER SINCE I PURCHASED MY USED SUV FROM THEM I HAVE FOUND THAT THEIR PRICES HAVE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN A LOCAL SERVICES /MECHANIC LOCAL MECHANIC. HOWEVER SINCE I PURCHASED MY USED SUV FROM THEM I HAVE FOUND THAT THEIR PRICES HAVE MORE COMPETITIVE THAN A LOCAL SERVICES /MECHANIC. I DRIVE FROM GLENDALE TO GOODYEAR EXPLICITLY BECAUSE OF THE TRUST THEY HAVE BUILT WITH ME AND THE BACKUP THEY PROVIDE FOR THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO I HAD AN ISSUE ARISE AND WHEN I CALLED THE DEARSHIP ON THE ISSUE THE RESPONSE WAS IMMEDIATE TO CORRECT THE SITUATION. I HAVE BEEN IMPRESSED THAT AS A SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY HAVE PROVED WORTHY OF THE WORD OF MOUTH SUPPORT I GIVE THEM. MY STATMENT TO OTHERS IS I WILL DRIVE THE MILES TO GOODYEAR, BECAUSE REPUTABLE AND RELIABLE ARE MORE THAN WORTH IT. More
I purchased my Envoy in 2007. Yates has always done the service quickly and at a reasonable price. I have worked with three service managers and all have been spot on when giving prices and finding any pr service quickly and at a reasonable price. On all visits for service, particularly the most recent, I was greeted in a most professional and friendly manner, and treated as though they really cared about me as a customer. I have gone to Yates for the last 2 years to service my 2006 Chevy Malibu and every time, I have had a GREAT experience. From having my 75,000 mile check up, new brakes installed, down to my normal oil cha 2006 Chevy Malibu and every time, I have had a GREAT experience. I scheduled my first oil and filter change as well as the auto butler paint protection system via the web approximately one week prior to my requested date. Although it is never a fun task to have your vehicle serviced, the customer service at Yates is always superb. I bought my vehicle from Yates in January of 2009 and have been overly satisfied with the t serviced, the customer service at Yates is always superb. With my schedule so busy, it is hard to find a time to bring my car in for service, even for something as simple as an oil change. This past week Derek was a huge help in getting my car completed in a short amount of time and made it look brand new as well. Thank you to all at Yates and keep up the good work! More
I have a Chevrolet, not Buick,Pontiac or GMC Truck! But, I have had excellent service at Yate's despite that fact for 10 years now. Derek was new to me, but I am here only six months per year. My CD player ate my CD!!! Literally - it wouldn't give it back. So I took my car in and Joe was my service writer. Very friendly, knowledgeable... but unable to make the call as to what to do. So he ca it back. So I took my car in and Joe was my service writer. Very friendly, knowledgeable... but unable to make the call as to what to do. So he called in the Service Manager, Barrie. They had their guy take out the whole unit (which had to be done to preserve the natural wood trim on the face, since it can't be matched exactly) and sent it off to have my CD extracted and sent back. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. They had a new CD player in my vehicle the next day, and the CD itself back in my hands within a week. Very nice folks. Even did a Mapquest search for me for where I was headed when I left. More
