Yates Pontiac GMC Truck is the the worst company I have ever seen. I wont go back in a million years. I called to get my truck in to diagnose the air conditioning problem. It was blowing cool but not cold. ever seen. I wont go back in a million years. I called to get my truck in to diagnose the air conditioning problem. It was blowing cool but not cold. They gave me a quote of $119 for the diagnosis. They took it back and 2 hours later came and told me they couldn't diagnose it unless they do some work to it first which was another $300 dollars. I told him no bring my truck to me I would do it myself. He then said they had $122 dollars worth of work into it. I told him bring my truck then he said they have it vacuumed so they can't put freon in it. I told him to put back what he took out. They brought my truck and I left. As soon as I left it was blowing hot air like the heater was on. Also it was making a hissing noise in the dash every time the compressor would kick on. I called and they said bring it back. I took it right back and he said my orifice tube was plugged. This company is very corrupt. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! While waiting I overheard them tell a lady with a fairly new van that her brakes wer out. She had brought it in for a oil change and they had found the brakes to be bad. They said she needed calipers, rotors, and pads. The total they gave her was $1,321. I could not believe what I heard. This company is horrible stay away from them. More
I had the pleasure of working with Shane over the last four to five months on various service related issues. I was in for some scheduled maintenance and a few additional issues. Joe made sure I got the benefit of several online coupons I was unaware of and worked with the service maanger to get one of the additional issues. From ride-alongs to hear that mystery noise to taking the time to field my questions - this team has always been very helpful and has never made me feel intimidated by my lack of car knowledge. In a field with so many questionable practices, the service team at Yates has earned my trust and loyalty. More
The Yates service department has always been excellent to work with. When we had hard to diagnose problems on our previous cars, they made time to ride along with me to hear/feel/see what I was experiencing work with. Dropped the car off a little after 4PM for oil change and brake fluid flush - done by 5:30 and the car looked better coming out than going in. The price was competitive with any quick-lube place and the service and quality of work/employees is far better. More

I was disgruntled with previous service that I had at Yates. Joe Bohlman reassured me that my experience would be a good one and did everything in his power to help me out. Your dealership is friendly and polite, from the receptionist to accounting and especially service. Joe worked with me to get warrantee work done on my wife's Enclave. He completely explained what he would do, and the possible outcomes and follow-on actions available. He had the technicians troubleshoot and reload the nav unit. Even though it didn't fix the problem, I had no doubts that it would be as I already knew the next step in the process. I will always have my GM vehicles serviced here (Yates) for that reason alone. More
I am very pleaseed with the service provided. I took my G6 in for a routine oil change and the service department found a seal that needed replacing. Jenelle contacted me to insure I was aware of both appointments. The repair work was completed in the time stated at a lower price then quoted due to a dealer coupon sent to me via email. I have used Yates service for about two years and plan to continue to use them More
