We received a safety recall letter for our Buick enclave in March 2024. Call to make an appointment and they told me they did not have the parts but that they would order and let me know in about 5 days whe in March 2024. Call to make an appointment and they told me they did not have the parts but that they would order and let me know in about 5 days when they had the part to schedule the repair. Tried to make an appointment in April since I never received a call back. Yates said they did not have a part even though the letter said the parts were in. Tried again in May. Yates said they would order the part. Tried again in June. They said they would order the part. Tried to get in July and they told me the part was back ordered, however, the next day they called and said they had the part. I was leery at this point since it had taken them all of these months and multiple stories regarding this recall part almost reluctantly, I set up an appointment one week later to have part installed. Letter says it will take 35 minutes to install. Eight and a half hours later I got my car back. (You would think when they give you an appointment, your car would be serviced at the appointment time. Why give me an 8:00 a.m. appointment when you're not even going to begin working on the car until 3:00 p.m.?) I got my car back at the end of the day, and they didn't even bother to snap back the floor cover that they popped open to get to the battery. I really do not like this place. I don't fault my service rep Ashley, she's kind of caught in the middle and was very professional. I feel bad that they must take a lot of heat from dissatisfied customers. Although I did not give her any heat. I understand that service reps sometimes take the wrath of people while they ownership laughs all the way to the bank In addition, I was hesitant to go to Yates because of two prior bad experiences over the years, but I figured I'd give him another shot since this was a simple recall part install that supposedly would only take 35 minutes according to the letter. On a prior visit some years ago, I was looking at a used vehicle. The salesman assured me that the used car I was looking at had a 172 point inspection. So I took it to have it checked at Brakes Plus. The list of repairs it needed would have totaled over $3,000. I stopped at another garage and was told virtually the same thing. When I took it back to the salesperson questioning the so-called 172 point inspection that they claim they do, he said "hey I can only tell you what they told me" and then walked away from me smiling. Talk about a con man! They also tried to pawn a used crummy Buick LeSabre to my in-laws some years back. My gosh it didn't even have electric windows but they wanted about $2, 200 more than Kelley Blue book said it was worth. My advice, if you live in our around Goodyear, go to CarMax if you're going to get a used car. And go to any other service center for car repairs such as Wilhelm or Christian Brothers. Stay away from Yates! More
Ladies do not go here unless you want to be taken advantage of! I came to get an oil change and they lied and told me that my car battery was very low and that I needed to get a new one. Michael Kenn advantage of! I came to get an oil change and they lied and told me that my car battery was very low and that I needed to get a new one. Michael Kennedy was my service advisor and he was trying to get me to purchase a $300 car battery even though I told him I had JUST bought one at Autozone. He insisted my car battery was in immediate need of a replacement. Later that week, I went to Autozone and had them test my car battery, which came back at 80%! I didn't need a new car battery at all, but Michael had tried to scam me into purchasing a new one. Please ladies, beware! I feel like they definitely tried to take advantage because I am a young woman who appears to know nothing about cars. Michael Kennedy was my service advisor and Alejandro M was the technician. Please beware of these men! More

I only bought tires and I’m now on my 4th trip back. Recommended awful tires, tires were not balanced, were over inflated and were not cleaned off when delivered, flat tire sensors were not reconnected, after new tires replaced with better ones my digital speedometer isn’t working & tires over inflated. I would never buy here. Quality Control is not even part of their wheel house. More
I bought my car from Yates Buick GMC on May 13th, 2023, my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures my car has been in the shop now 5 time since May 2023. I was sold an extended warranty thru Pedro in finance because I was told that the manufactures warranty expired because of the 63,000 miles that were on the carr. My car in back in the shop again because the throttle has to be replaced and it is covered under the manufacture warranty that I was told my car didn't have. I was lied to and it HAS NEVER BEEN DISCLOSED to me until 1/3/2024 that the repair is covered but now I have to pay a $250.00 deductible on the manufactures warranty that I didnt even know existed on my vehicle. The car has been nothing but problem after problem and I don't feel safe in this vehicle and I am not sure if the work is being done correctly. I bought a 2020 crap Encore and I believe this car is a liability and hazard. Yates ought to be ashamed of themselves for lying and selling substandard vehicles to their customers. Bottom line is you guys have lied to me and not once disclosed that there is still a manufacturers warranty on this dang vehicle. More
I have been coming to this dealer for the past several years and usually have good a experience. However, I made a 7:00 appointment for an LOF/inspection. Our assigned service advisor Luis managed to th years and usually have good a experience. However, I made a 7:00 appointment for an LOF/inspection. Our assigned service advisor Luis managed to thoroughly xxxx me off. We arrived a few minutes prior to our appointment time. After waiting more than 15 minutes to be checked in, Luis decided to help someone who brazenly pulled to the head of the line and hadn't been waiting. Totally unacceptable and given his attitude when I said something about it makes me want to find somewhere else to service my truck. I should have left right then and then but a nice young lady by the name of Daisy apologized profusely and bent over backwards to help us. She would get five stars from me and is an asset to your company!; Luis is another story and quite honestly his attitude and behavior made me want knock him out. Now obviously I didn't do that nor am I threatening to. If you want your CSI to be higher, Luis is a hindrance to that and will cost you business. I am looking for a new truck shortly and I won't be shopping here! More
Dealerships always say "get your repairs done by them because they use top rated technicians and parts". Well let me tell you about Yates Buick. We bought a 2011 Buick Regal new from Yates and continued because they use top rated technicians and parts". Well let me tell you about Yates Buick. We bought a 2011 Buick Regal new from Yates and continued to use their service department for all repairs and maintenance (oil changes, sensors, engine problems and transmission). With only 70k miles the transmission went. 15k miles later the transmission breaks again. Should a transmission purchased from the dealership only last 15k miles? I don't believe it should. With a price quote of $5,000 I began to seek warranty assistance. Well it was out of warranty due to the few years that went by. However, I work from home so I don’t use the car but for weekend grocery trips. So literally only 15K miles were put on this brand new transmission; only to break again! Called GM directly, they contacted the dealership and said they are willing to deduct $500. Wow! 10% off! I could have found a coupon that gave me that! My service rep was very helpful and gave me contact information of individuals there in the dealership who could help. After conversing with two individuals (Frank and Julio) they both told me they would call me back. A week later no reply. I continued to attempt to contact them several times during the week with no return call. Bottom line Yates Buick has poor quality parts, they don't stand behind their product and they have poor customer service (except for Armondo). Do not use their repair service or even buy a Buick in the first place. This would be the third transmission within 85,000 miles. So not worth it. I will now tell everyone in my circle of family and friends about their horrible product and most of all customer service. Really guys, no call backs? There are definitely other car makers with better quality. My 2008 Honda Civic is still running with over 200,000 miles and never needed a new transmission. Now that is quality. More
Had a problem with A/C. Dropped car off Thursday. They said it it be done on Monday. No big deal. Tuesday still not ready. Finally said it would be done latter that evening. Dropped car off Thursday. They said it it be done on Monday. No big deal. Tuesday still not ready. Finally said it would be done latter that evening. Picked it up Wed morning A/C works great. The next day notice the rear cargo area carpet floor mat was missing. Called they said they would check into it. After a few days said they could not find it. Said they would order one to replace it. Turns out it was not the carpeted floor mat that came with the car when purchased from Yates off their showroom floor. Paid for rear cargo package which was dealer installed at time of purchase. It's been over a week since the last time they said once again they check into the matter and have not back from them. If you have them do work make sure everything is still there when picking it up. Having said all this I am going to contact the TV stations and let them investigate this matter. More
Rude customer service. I called this morning to see if I can push my appointment back a hour because of a important business meeting. They said it was fine. When I arrived I called this morning to see if I can push my appointment back a hour because of a important business meeting. They said it was fine. When I arrived the lady gave me a attitude and spoke to me like I was lower than her. Little does she knows I work corone of the largest roofing companies in the nation. We wanted to try these place out. Thanks for being rude immediately so we didn’t have to figure that out later. More
Took my truck in for couple warranty items, I was frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Mar frustrated at the lack of attention to detail completing work to the point of sell the truck and find a new dealer but my service advisor Charity Marriott was great and really went a step above where others had failed, She made me feel Confident in her ability to make sure this type of stuff did not continue happening. Had the truck sold for what I thought was a fair price and I still do, but her commitment to me that things would change made me keep my truck and continue my relationship with Yates. Yes the work was all done and done correctly just not the first time. Thanks again Charity You really did make a difference for Me. More
