I enjoyed the experience of buying a new Camry from Rouen Toyota particularly because of the friendliness and honesty of the salesperson who I dealt with, Ryan Francis. I was eagerly greeted by Mr. Crawford even though I arrived at the dealership 20 minutes before closing. Needing to negotiate my purchase alone for first time ever, felt very comfortable with the attention I received. Explanations were thorough. Byron, and another guy from sales came and spoke with me about a possible winter vehicle I might be interested. Although I'm looking for something more in the wholesale price range, they were more than frie about a possible winter vehicle I might be interested. Although I'm looking for something more in the wholesale price range, they were more than friendly. Was a nice chance to ask Byron how his kids and family were doing (one of his daughters came to see him the day he sold me my truck). I WILL NOT purchase any vehicles, or take any for service at Kasper Toyota in Sandusky, as long as they have their current sales manager Troy Maxwell there. I drove 40+ minutes to get to Rouen, versus a 20 minute drive to Kasper, if that tells you anything. If I do run into anyone that is willing to drive a bit from my area, I will definitely send them to see Byron. More
