Took my vehicle in for a recall and they were unable to complete it in 2.5 hours. When I got my vehicle back, they had tossed my belongings and car seat base on the floor in a pile, saying it was not their complete it in 2.5 hours. I don’t think returning a vehicle to someone looking like it was ransacked is good customer service. More

By far the worst experience EVER! Buyer beware! Yark Toyota is a farce. The dealership hijacked my vin # assuming I would accept their lowball offer for my trade-in of a PRISTINE 2018 Buyer beware! Yark Toyota is a farce. The dealership hijacked my vin # assuming I would accept their lowball offer for my trade-in of a PRISTINE 2018 Toyota 4Runner. They listed MY car for sale on Autotrader and their dealership website, but I never agreed to the trade-in! As a result of Yark listing my car for sale, the Carfax report was incorrect, the XM Radio subscription was automatically cancelled, and I could not list the car for sale on any of the online used car selling platforms. After spending countless hours to figure out what they had done and why I could not list my own car for sale, I called Yark. No apology from KEN the general manager, just a statement, “we fixed the issue as soon as you brought the problem to our attention.” Also, the taxes and title paperwork for the new car were incorrect and when I called to get clarification, LISA repeatedly stated “again, we have no control of the DMV”. The dealership was eager to take my money up front and leave me to figure the details of the interstate title on my own. Living on the border of 2 states, you would think that they know how to operate a business and provide answers to customer’s questions….in my experience this is NOT the case. They used the age old excuse of a new computer system is to blame for our ineptness. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from Yark Toyota, and would suggest that you shop elsewhere as well. More
