We use live market pricing, which means we use all kinds of data to get our pricing and trade values. The vehicles are priced aggressively already to eliminate the back and forth and make for a streamlined, great experience for every one of our customers. Sorry, we could not make a deal on this one.

The price was already listed at $19,900 when I inquired about the vehicle. Ur salesman stated it was being ran thru service than I cld come purchase it. The price shld not have been listed at $19900 if u hadn’t researched it yet. So then u jacked up the price by $5000 thinking u had a fish on the line. That is just plain bad business. Unfortunately, you had car seats in the back seat where we needed access to the battery which is located under the back seat, and we cannot put car seats back in place. Thank you for your review and bringing this matter to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused by these unfortunate circumstances and have made sure the situation was remedied on our end. We explained that the trade mistakenly was not taken completely out of the deal when you decided you did not like the value you were given and wanted to sell the vehicle on your own, to which we offered to rectify this by giving more for the trade than we originally were. We gave three extra weeks for you to try and sell the vehicle on your own to get what you originally wanted and assumed you must have done that because we did not hear back from you. When you called regarding your “Ohio” title, it was explained that you would need to take the title to the DMV, and they would convert it to a Michigan title as we have no control over how the DMV operates in Michigan. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and feel that we tried to do everything we could to explain and remedy the situation.
