Yark Toyota of Maumee never resolved my issue even with an audio and visual recording of the issue. Even though they couldn't hear the issue at the time and the issue is still present... (Air Trapped in Coolant) This is the second time I came in to get this resolved and NOTHING WAS DONE. I have peeling headlights on a car that only had 26,000 miles on it and they gave me a “Pre-Excuse” that they probably wont honor the warranty and I may have to take it up to the corporate office. (Inexcusable safety issue for customers) I also bought a “Certified” Car and the cabin air filter was filthy and the drivers side door mirror wasn't working on a car with only 26,000 miles at the time. Im beginning to see the failure In the certification process and the ability to stand behind your product. More
