After having the required change out of the rear coil springs, our Forrester was pulling hard to the left. I made an appointment to have the alignment checked. Waited 2 hours before being told the servic springs, our Forrester was pulling hard to the left. I made an appointment to have the alignment checked. Waited 2 hours before being told the service dept. Would have to look at the issue the next day. Was given a courtesy car to go home. After 3 hours the next morning, I received a call stating I needed to have front brakes and battery changed and that these were all of a sudden critical items . The car inspection 2 weeks prior indicated all items were green checked. And what about the alignment?? "Oh, we will have to get back to you." After 2 more hours i went to the service department because i still had not received a call from them. At that time they said the front left caliper was sticking and they had taken care of that. Repeated that I critically needed front brakes and a new battery. I brought the car home. We removed the front brakes and compared the remaining pad with a new set. There had only been 1/4 wear to the pads. Put a meter on our 13V battery the next morning after sitting idle in the garage overnight. The meter indicated 12.9V. I have documented these items with photographs and am in touch with Subaru of America concerning the lack of integrity of the yarn Subaru service team. More

Rude, argumentative, and unprofessional If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, the service department was argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional. Their servi If I could give zero stars, I would. From the very beginning, the service department was argumentative, condescending, and unprofessional. Their service personnel hated us the moment we walked in and spoke to us accordingly. They quoted “car facts” they couldn’t back up with data (and after a literature review, were proven wrong by Argonne National Laboratory). When I brought my vehicle with concerns of the heat not working, having bought a new vehicle, their response was to tell me to let the vehicle idle for 20 minutes and to spend even more money with them to get a remote start, or make three more hour long trips and leave the vehicle with them. When i was sold the car, the folks ahead of me had their car detailed and filled with gas as a courtesy. Mine was dirty and had half a tank of gas. When I expressed my frustration at the rude and terrible service, they argued and said “too bad for you”. Worst car dealership I have ever encountered. At no time have they in any way asked how to make this better. They will take your money and then treat you terribly. Go anywhere else except here. I would gladly change my review if they even tried to meet me half way. More

They cannot adjust tires sent me to firestone dealer. Have serviced car with Subaru dealer since new no mention of cupped tires as they rotated them. Cupped tires make thud sound at highway speeds. Feels like tire is slightly out of balance but makes annoying thud sound. Like flat spot on the tire. Other than tire issues the Subaru has been good buy and dealership is friendly. Service friendly too. Hopefully the Firestone dealer can adjust tires where Subaru dealer choose not to address. Lesson learned On what warranty covers today. More
