My son and I waiting in the showroom where they had chairs set up within the social distancing guidelines. I had an oil change and some other minor items taken care off. Everything was completed within a reasonable time and we drove off in our freshly washed vehicle. Thanks Steve and Team!!! More

Efficient I was nervous about coming out with the virus. I felt safe and impressed when I got to Subaru Service. There was a shield between me and your associate. An X on the floor kept everyone 6 feet apart. Car was wiped down and plastic put on the seat. You are protecting your customers and staff. Good job. However, I was disappointed and surprised that when service was complete and my car keys were given back to me...I entered my vehicle to find the floor mat, steering wheel cover, a surprised that when service was complete and my car keys were given back to me...I entered my vehicle to find the floor mat, steering wheel cover, and seat cover were still in place.
