The service department is good This will most likely be my first and last Subaru purchase. The sales people--and Subaru itself--are arrogant (two star deduction). They don't care about the customer and could care less if you buy a or not. What they do care about are Subaru surveys. Endless, endless surveys. That being said, the people in the service department are the only positive about this dealership. The shop is clean. The service employees are friendly and do their best to service the customer. But be prepared for answering surveys. Did I already mention the endless surveys? More

I liked their social distancing and I liked that everyone was wearing a mask. Tyler and associates checked me in quickly, escorted me to the lounge.
