Excellent service. I had gone in for a recall and a wheel alignment. The service team representative was very courteous. The recall service was completed. Turns out I didn’t need any wheel alignment at the m alignment. The service team representative was very courteous. The recall service was completed. Turns out I didn’t need any wheel alignment at the moment. I was told it is possible the road I tested the wheel alignment could have bad. Makes sense, I drove a lot in NJ. They didn’t charge a dime for it. They could have simply said the alignment was done and charged me money for it. Appreciate the honesty. Will recommend to Yark to friends. More

I go to a dealership to buy a car, after that I’m done with them. I’ve bought cars for 47 years and most times they screw something up either with the issue at hand or cause another problem. I took my 2019 Ascent Touring to Yark Subaru for warranty and recall issues. My service advisor seemed like a decent guy. He took my list and listened to my explaination of each issue. I got a loaner car which I appreciated but it was filthy so one ding for that. When my car was ready they let me know in a timely manner. I had 5 issues to be addressed: 1) Wiring harness cable clamp under drivers is seat broke. Was told it was replaced but when I checked it was not. Broke clamp is still there. The service report says the technician put the seat strap back in place. The seat strap is not the wiring harness cable clamp. 2) Ticking noise coming from front of engine, drivers side. Was told it is the high-pressure fuel pump and this is normal. Problem with this is the high-pressure fuel pump is in the gas tank not the engine and the noise correlates with engine speed. 3) Carpeting is wearing out under the accelerator pedal and a couple other places. Was told to take the car to a dealership closer to where I liv for evaluation. 4) Creaking noise in suspension when stopping and starting. Nothing was done, technician could not duplicate. If the advisor would have gone with me for a drive I could have shown him how to duplicate it. 5) Brakes/Rotors rumble/vibrate and feel grindy. Front pads and rotors were replaced. Nothing was done to the rears although I said the problem is with all 4 wheels. More

I came to get oil change and tire rotation on my Crosstreck after receiving a coupon from the dealership. The service was friendly and efficient. I was very impressed by the extra measures taken t Crosstreck after receiving a coupon from the dealership. The service was friendly and efficient. I was very impressed by the extra measures taken to sanitize the car to protect both me and the staff from Covid: sprays, plastic seat sheeting and of course, masks. Routine service was done in a timely manner with friendly, pleasant staff! Recently while driving out of town I experienced a severe tire blowout.
