2018 Ford Edge I brought it in, under warranty, twice because my navigation, radio, climate screen would suddenly flip around, lose navigation, any control. I paid for evaluation twice. They never found what was causing it and said I had to bring the car in while the problem was occurring. Finally I was driving past the dealership while the screen was flipping. Of course, the car was no longer under warranty. They kept it for an evaluation then said it was the screen module and it would cost $1200 and I would need to prepay for the Ford part. I paid and received a notice that my car was scheduled for repair on Saturday. A week later, even though I had been told the part would be in in a few days (Tues or Wednesday). I took the car in Friday evening for Saturday appointment. Craig was the service tech. Tommy checked the car in and said it would be given to Craig on Saturday. I heard nothing all day Saturday. Sadly I fell asleep and they were closed when I awakened so I didn’t follow up on Saturday. They aren’t open on Sunday so I called Monday morning. When I was finally able to contact someone (Gracie, who has been pleasant and really helpful!), she contacted Craig who said he didn’t receive it but it went to a different tech. He then texted me that the car would be done today. Too vague, so I called back and luckily Craig answered the phone. I asked when I can expect the vehicle to be ready, since I have been waiting all weekend. He said the electrician didn’t work on Saturdays. He could not explain why I was scheduled for Saturday service since the electrician wasn’t working that day. Yark Ford obviously has horrible service (except for Gracie). We moved to Toledo 2 years ago and NOW my neighbors have told me to avoid Yark. They apologized for not warning me, although I realize I should have asked! :). Never again! More
AVOID AVOID This is the worst ever experience I had with a repair shop. They give estimate for new parts but try to fix with recycled parts. Also they DO NOT hold their commitments of timelines. I came in for an oil change and to have my headlights checked. They were not working. Service told me they checked them and they were fine even though they were not.coming on at all. The service department give very poor service. They had me bring my vehicle in 3 times. The vehicle was never serviced the 1st 2 times. Waiting to see what they are going to do the 3rd visit. Stephan in the service department was the best, most knowledgeable and honest technician I have ever met in my life. He swapped out my blown 3.5L Ecoboost in my 2020 F150 in about 4 days. He even iden knowledgeable and honest technician I have ever met in my life. He swapped out my blown 3.5L Ecoboost in my 2020 F150 in about 4 days. He even identified issues regarding the transmission fluid lines when I had my fluid changed at another Ford dealership. He is simply the best mechanic I know and he does it for fun. More

Aaron is a rockstar! Throughout all the bumps, delays and Bronco craziness, I was never left in the dark. He always communicated, found additional info and answered my unending questions. Initially, I had a very pleasant experience communicating with the service team to coordinate a service on my Ford. I was told I would have my vehicle back by the end of the day, no sweat. However, once the facility's closing time got closer, I rang for an update and was told they would call before closing at 6pm. I made sure they knew I would appreciate this as I did need my vehicle for work tomorrow and was told that would not be a problem. 6:05pm I called, hoping someone would still be there to answer, and spoke with an individual from sales that had said everyone in the service department left. It is very frustrating to me that apparently clients can fall through the cracks and not be notified or updated in any way shape or form when their primary mode of transportation is in the shop. I would have planned accordingly had I known I would not have my vehicle back. It is one thing if the repair was on something of lesser importance - but someones car...? I hope this is not a common occurrence More
