He answered all my questions and went over the results of their inspections afterward. I'm only downgrading to 'good' because it actually took 1 1/2 hours, and my co-worker texted me to find out what was taking so long. More

I tried to update my sync in my car but kept running into trouble. Finally I called Mr. Zuccarell and brought my car in. He helped me with the update and had me back on the road in less than an hour. The individual people I dealt with, Jeff and the women at the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me an est. date of being done in 4-6 business days but it took 9 business days. The repaint job was ok but they got paint on my black trim. I wanted to go to this shop because a friend had a very good experience and the car was repaired great but I will not be returning for any service at this car shop despite the nice people I talked too the completed job was not great.
