Aaron is a rockstar! Throughout all the bumps, delays and Bronco craziness, I was never left in the dark. He always communicated, found additional info and answered my unending questions. In dire need of a reliable automobile, since my 2010 Cadillac SRX Performance AWD was giving me a headache nearly every other week, and being from Michigan, knowing that Michigan vehicles are outrageous Cadillac SRX Performance AWD was giving me a headache nearly every other week, and being from Michigan, knowing that Michigan vehicles are outrageously priced, I happened upon Yark Ford thru Autotrader. Walked in unannounced one Saturday afternoon to test drive their many Edges, and Mr. Brown was the one who took me out for the ride. Great guy, we chatted while I drove, and enjoyed driving a grey Edge with 39000 miles. Explained to Mr. Brown that I will definitely be back after I took care of a few things first. He was Ok with that and we parted ways. Gave me his card in case I change my mind and want to deal with Yark. Approx 3 weeks later they got a Black Edge in with 22226 miles, I wanted the black one. Got in touch with Mr. Brown and decided on a Saturday visit. So on 9/11/2021 I decided to purchase my new vehicle. Presently the proud owner of a 2018 Ford Edge SEL AWD. Thank you Mr. Brown for all your help, will surely send anyone I know looking for a vehicle to you!!! More

Had a Ford truck in for service had a leak on the turbo we were leaving for a trip south the service Dept said it would be ok to use the truck and it would be ok to take it it was covered under warranty we were leaving for a trip south the service Dept said it would be ok to use the truck and it would be ok to take it it was covered under warranty When we got back took it in for repair I was told sorry the warranty was up on Sunday the day before I took it in I tryed contacting Bobby numerous times but you refused to even talk to me you were to busy so now your Bobby the chicken man and I will no longer own a Ford product But who cares right More

I received a letter today from Kistler Ford. It says I need new brakes immediatly. I had my car serviced 2/04 at Kistler..Said my brakes are fine..I had new back brakes put on less than 5000 miles ago.. need new brakes immediatly. I had my car serviced 2/04 at Kistler..Said my brakes are fine..I had new back brakes put on less than 5000 miles ago.. The service advisor,,Bill Zuccarell wasn't polite. He lied about the brakes.. RO#6184363/1. I have told everybody not to go to Kistler. It was 3/16 when I went in for a recall and was told ALL my brakes were MM,,metal to metal.. Don Crabtree More
