Nick Montalbano went out of his way to find the exact car that I wanted. They had one on their lot I really liked, but the previous owner was a smoker and that was a deal breaker for me. I smelled it immedia that I wanted. They had one on their lot I really liked, but the previous owner was a smoker and that was a deal breaker for me. I smelled it immediately and brought it to their attention. The vehicle was clean, but I knew I would always smell it. They took that knowledge and found me what I wanted at another dealership. I did not like the fact that the vehicle had almost no basic warranty left and that they did not do the Ford certification program. The price was a little high for what I wanted to spend, but I made it work. The car had the usual small scratches etc for a used car and after I picked it up from the dealership and parked it at home I noticed a dent. It is located on the underside of the passeger door rocker panel. It doesn't seem to be a structural problem and I believe the paint is intact. The people were all very friendly and the experience was a good one! More
