From the time I walked in, Nick was very helpful. He listened to what I wanted & he made it happen. He never tried to "oversell" me something I did not want or need. My husband and I had tried to par our cell phone to sync, in our Ford Edge. We went to the Ford help line after 2 hours of trying we gave up and the next day took it in to Kistler Ford, told them we were h in our Ford Edge.
