I had the best experience when I came into Kistler Ford's office. Starting with the fact that when I called looking for a car they made sure to give me a response on if i had been approved the same da Ford's office. My phone stopped connecting to my sync system in my 2011 Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to see if there are any online updates we could install. We found there was an update for my car. Bill updated my software and now my phone connects to my car again!!! Thank you for the great customer service. More
