My regular service consultant Bill Noe was not available due to an injury. Tom stepped into make arrangements for my regular vehicle service. Upon arrival Tom reviewed the required service and then made arrangements to have me taken to work, when the service was completed he called me to arrange bring me back to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. When I arrived service was complete and they had even washed my vehicle. While settling the invoice I mention to Tom some issues I was having with my phone and the Sync System. He then arranged for the dealerships Sync Technician to work with me while there and my system was reset and now works well. Very friendly and quick service, which is why I often recommend Kistler to friends. More

I had the best experience when I came into Kistler Ford's office. Starting with the fact that when I called looking for a car they made sure to give me a response on if i had been approved the same da Ford's office. My phone stopped connecting to my sync system in my 2011 Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler. Bill Zuccarell looked at my system and suggested we check to Escape and after spending a bunch of my time trying to fix it I chose to go to Kistler.
