My regular service consultant Bill Noe was not available due to an injury. Tom stepped into make arrangements for my regular vehicle service. When I arrived service was complete and they had even washed my vehicle. While settling the invoice I mention to Tom some issues I was having with my phone and the Sync System. He then arranged for the dealerships Sync Technician to work with me while there and my system was reset and now works well. Very friendly and quick service, which is why I often recommend Kistler to friends. More

This is our second car purchase with Kistler. The salesman we worked with the first time happened to be on vacation, but we were still treated extremely well. The way we were treated with the first vehicle (including follow up routine service) had a lot to do with why we came back for this vehicle. We drove two different vehicles before we decided on the one we purchased. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly and walks you through the entire process. This is not the nearest Ford dealer to our home, but well worth the 30 mile drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
