I was "forced" to go see him for my first purchase and I think after buying from him I will ALWAYS see him for any car that I buy. He is a nice, personal man with a true caring attitude about his customers. He made sure I looked at cars that fit my budget and even got the financing handle for us with Justin through Huntington Bank. Tom is a great asset to your dealership! I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car. More

This is our second car purchase with Kistler. The salesman we worked with the first time happened to be on vacation, but we were still treated extremely well. The way we were treated with the first vehicle (including follow up routine service) had a lot to do with why we came back for this vehicle. We drove two different vehicles before we decided on the one we purchased. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly and walks you through the entire process. This is not the nearest Ford dealer to our home, but well worth the 30 mile drive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
