I went into Kistler Ford to buy my Mustang, because my lease that was ending. Rebecca was very courteous on the phone setting up a meeting for me, but she forgot to inform Jeff Fuller. Jeff had other things going, but he was very considerate and stopped what he was doing to honor the appointment, even though he didn't know about it. He got the paperwork squared away for the sale, and handled it professionally and quickly. I recommend him! He handed me off to Justin who was very friendly! He explained all the paperwork I was signing so that I could understand. While at the dealer, I also had to have a nail removed from a tire. Tom Muirhead was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to get help from. Not only did he get my vehicle in right away, but he was able to handle the issue with a minimal cost to me! On top of that, Tom was extremely friendly. You can tell that this man genuinely cares about taking care of the customer, and he relates to you on a personal level. Tom Muirhead is an ABSOLUTE ASSET to this dealership.
