The service department give very poor service. They had me bring my vehicle in 3 times. The vehicle was never serviced the 1st 2 times. Waiting to see what they are going to do the 3rd visit. Stephan in the service department was the best, most knowledgeable and honest technician I have ever met in my life. He swapped out my blown 3.5L Ecoboost in my 2020 F150 in about 4 days. He even iden knowledgeable and honest technician I have ever met in my life. He swapped out my blown 3.5L Ecoboost in my 2020 F150 in about 4 days.
