I was told Aaron would speak to the service department and get with me and he never did. Service looked at my truck which makes a squeaking noise when backing up on a 2022 ford f 150. Service said ford sa and get with me and he never did. Service looked at my truck which makes a squeaking noise when backing up on a 2022 ford f 150. Service said ford said this is normal because they use cheap brakes. It's a 50,000 dollar truck and I'm expected to buy after market equipment because they don't want to use decent brakes. On top of that I have not received my title and they sent me an email saying I could get a duplicated one like it's my responsibility. Ultimately it shouldn't be this differently to deal with people selling such expensive products. Service was absolutely terrible and said it's out of their hands because they just put on what ford gives them. Very frustrating to hear these things. More
