We brought to his attention a sc Bought a Certified 2014 dodge ram in April 2016 and had a good experience with KC Stengle through the buying process. We brought to his attention a scratch in the tailgate along with the dent in the front bumper. He said they'd take care of it so we brought it home and scheduled an appt. A week later it starts getting a bad screeching sound. After further inspection to the front bumper the little dent actually pushed the whole right side of the bumper up to where it is actually rubbing the truck and rubbing the chrome off the bumper which is now starting to rust. So I scheduled the appt and took it up there last week Monday 5/9 and let them know both issues (tailgate and bumper). KC informed me the would only have it 2-3 days. Well I get a call Saturday saying it should be Monday due to having to put new ball joints on and now Monday I call and they say they had to order parts that should be in tomorrow, Tuesday 5/17. I asked if they got the bumper fixed and he said that they told him the bumper was pushed up and rusting due to the dent in the front of the bumper. So I'm not to happy that I've been without my truck for a week and the front bumper isn't going to get fixed and will continue to rust when it's a certified truck. So much for peace of mind I guess... I went to pick my truck up yesterday after them having it for a week and a half and they had a piece of ELECTRICAL TAPE covering the rust on the right front of the bumper. More

The Service Department I came to Yark Service Department after many failed attempts at another local dealership to fix my A/C and heater issues with my 2005 Dodge Ram.. I w I came to Yark Service Department after many failed attempts at another local dealership to fix my A/C and heater issues with my 2005 Dodge Ram.. I was greeted by Josh Boileau from the Yark Service Department who is a Service Advisor.. from the beginning he made me feel welcome there and assured me they would take care of the issues i was having with my truck.. and he did. Josh kept in touch with me to keep me informed of the progress and i never had to worry about anything.. they fixed my A/C and heater and i am so thankful.. Since then, i have returned to Yark Service and requested Josh Boileau as my Service Advisor.. i have had all of my issues resolved with my Dodge Ram and i am so happy to say it is running like a brand new truck.. I wish everyone could experience the excellent service i have received from the Yark Service Department.. they truly make you feel like you matter.. Thank you Josh.. so much for taking your time and for all your help and for really caring.. Also.. i want to thank the technicians for being experienced and for caring too.. Recently, when our weather went from 20 to 70 I choose the 70 degree day to get my oil changed. Apparently this was a great idea, as the lines at Yark were very long. When it was finally my turn and I drove up to the bay, I was greated by, not an employee who could wait for the last 15 minutes of his day to be over, but by a wonderful smile asking how can I help you this afternoon. I responded, I need an oil change please and the response was ... My pleasure!! Wow ... On what was clearly one of the busiest days for him, he treated my like I was the first customer of the day! Please know how important that wonderful customer service is ... And never change!! Thanks for making my day!! ??????. ??Yark! More

I purchased my last two cars from Yark, my last experience dealing with their repair department has made The Service and Repair Department is a Joke. I purchased my last two cars from Yark, my last experience dealing with their repair department has made a lasting impression and I will never return. My car sat at the repair shop for 3 days before it was even looked at. Once, they looked at it I was told it was a 10 hour job and all parts were in stock. The 10 hour job took them 7 days and the price changed 3 times. More
