The fastest service center that I have experienced in a long time. Got me in before my scheduled time, did the inspection oil change and headlight replacement in around 45 minutes. Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the remainder. The Collision Ctr was not easy to deal with. Over promising and under delivering. Very poor communication. Went to pick the car up today finally. It was filthy,tools were left in the back seat, empty gas tank. I would be embarrassed to return a vehicle back to a customer in this condition. Especially after 4 months. Ernie offered to have the car cleaned up and gassed up. He is the best sales associate we have ever met and that is why we will continue to use him for our vehicle leases/purchases. Yark is lucky to have him! More
