I brought my Jeep in for a few problems and he made sure that those problems were communicated effectively to the technician. Kody Cloyne was the tech that worked on my Jeep and he made sure that my Jeep was ready in a timely manner. He made sure to explain to me the services performed on my Jeep in a manner that I could understand. Kody also demonstrated great customer service and professionalism. Everyone in the service department was super friendly and asked me always if I needed anything. The service lane was also very clean and neat. My rental car was clean and just like my Jeep which I appreciated. I highly recommend coming to Yark for any service needs! More
Terrible service Service center is poorly staffed and under educated. If your goal is to have your car held ransom for 4 days over a very simple issue to fix, only to Service center is poorly staffed and under educated. If your goal is to have your car held ransom for 4 days over a very simple issue to fix, only to have your vehicle returned to you without the issue resolved, then this is the place to go. I bought a car with 8k miles on it and had 3 issues that were covered under warranty. 1) windshield wipers would time out on lower setting or flat out not operate 2) inside light was not working 3) door on driver side was leaking and whistling I called yark on a Tuesday after being "highly recommended" and setup an appointment for 6 days later at 730am. Dropped my car off, was given a loaner, told them my warranty issues and even suggested the fixes just off of common sense. (Loose connection/bad motor for wipers, bad bulb/socket for light, worn weather seal for door whistle) I called after work on Monday at roughly 300 to see how things were going only to get the response that they haven't even looked at it yet and it would be pulled in shortly... which at first wasnt the end of the world being that I had a loaner vehicle but it still wasnt my vehicle. Fast forward to the next day, I call on lunch break to see how things were going and the said "we 'believe' you have a burnt out bulb, a bad connection in the stalk for the wipers, and we haven't checked the door whistle yet because of the inclement weather(understandable)" that statement alone says the didn't check out xxxx yet. I asked if it'd be done by the days end and they said tomorrow. I called the next day, and was told they found missing clips on the weather seal so they were reinstalling/repairing the door seal, it wasnt a burnt out bulb but a loose connection on the socket, and the wipers just had a bulletin come in saying they needed to be "recalibrated" as if recalibrating would make them suddenly work. I urged him to check the connections and that calibration wasnt the issue but he insisted that this was the fix and there was nothing he could do because it cleared the "error code". They would fix my car and have it to me the following day. DAY 4, I get called at 245, 30 minutes before I'm off work and told they were finishing things up and my car would be ready for pickup. I get there at about 4, get in my car and drive away relieved I got the car I purchased finally back. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I TURN MY WIPERS ON AND THEY DONT WORK. Called and left a voicemail, got a TEXT back saying sorry for the inconvenience and to bring it back in MONDAY, 3 DAYS LATER, so they can take a look. OVER WIPER BLADES. I got charged 30 dollars for a half tank of gas when gas was 1.95 a gallon, loaner must have a 30 gallon tank. Called 3 different service centers afterwards, just to ask a hypothetical on how long it would take to troubleshoot a wiper issue, all responding 30 minutes to an hour. NOT 4 xxxxING DAYS. So if this sounds like an enjoyable experience you'd like to go on, by all means, choose Yark. More

Quick and professional service I have been going to Yark for over 6 years and I'm always pleased with their fast and professional operation. This last time it was because of a recal I have been going to Yark for over 6 years and I'm always pleased with their fast and professional operation. This last time it was because of a recall notice. They gave me an appointment time to bring my car and within the hour I was back on the road just as promised. They have a lovely waiting room with donuts, magazines, tv. They even have a shuttle service if you need to go to work. All around excellent service. More
