Mr. Winterhalter, we truly apologize that your experience has left you feeling anything other than completely satisfied and that it has led to this negative review. Please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you. You purchased your package in September of 2015, which was good for 36 months. Unfortunately, when you were in for your last oil change on April 24th, your package had been expired since September of 2018. Our advisor explained that your oil change would not be covered and showed you other packages that were available for purchase that also carried an expiration, you declined and went ahead with the oil change. Again, accept our sincere apology and please know that it is never our intention to make any of our guests feel less than satisfied when leaving our dealership. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
