Please understand that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for your experience, and regret any frustration or inconvenience it may have caused you. After investigating further, when scheduling an appointment for your vehicle, the stated time is when you are to see your advisor and explain the issue(s) you may be having with your vehicle at that time. Your vehicle is then placed in line to have a tech inspect and/or repair your vehicle. Please know that we do try our best to complete your service in a timely manner, but other appointments and workloads may interfere. Your advisor called at 3:35pm and left a voicemail and unfortunately you called back after hours. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.

The specialized mechanics are so good to work with. I really enjoy & feel comfortable taking my car to yark. They go beyond effort. Last I was their they fix my key fob which I didn't know how to fix! More
