We truly apologize for your experience at our dealership while at our service department. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and forwarded your review to proper management for further information. After further investigation, unfortunately, there was a pinched/failed oil filter gasket that caused the oil to leak. When we started the vehicle to allow for oil to cycle through the motor is when we saw the leak. In order to clean up the oil properly we had to degrease the upper and lower parts of the motor, which did take some time and kept you updated. Again, we apologize for your experience and offered a free oil change upon your next visit.
