I had my 2018 Wrangler in for recall work with an appointment on a Tuesday at 9 am and the service tech didn’t even touch it until Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t get my Jeep back until Thursday. On to appointment on a Tuesday at 9 am and the service tech didn’t even touch it until Wednesday afternoon. I didn’t get my Jeep back until Thursday. On top of taking so long they did nothing for one of the recalls but say they did. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. More
Easy and Safe I was nervous to bring my car in for service because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, upon pulling up to the service center my nerves were calmed.
