I love getting my Jeep taken care of here because I get more honesty than I ever have anywhere else. Everyone is always super friendly. When I was waiting for my car to get serviced I noticed that not one, more honesty than I ever have anywhere else. Everyone is always super friendly. When I was waiting for my car to get serviced I noticed that not one, but three employees were super patient, calm, helpful, and very friendly to several of the senior citizens that were waiting for their car to also get serviced. I appreciate and would like to recognize this because there aren't very many places or people for that matter that treat senior citizens in this way and it makes me feel comforted that I can come to this dealership when I'm that age and get that same type of customer service. I also would like to point out that I am not treated differently because I am a woman here. Lots of dealerships or places that offer oil changes try to swindle females into buying things they don't need or tell you something needs fixed when it doesn't just to get money out of them. I don't feel that way here at all, so thank you! More

Certified preowned jeep had a major issue within 4 months. Extended warranty apparently did not cover the problem, surprise. I am not able to say how bad my customer experience was. Words can't describe the fustration. I am not a happy customer with the yark service department. They do not listen to the customer.
