The service I received was not acceptable. The vehicle needed front-end repair and touch-up to several chips and scratches (some of which were the result of careless treatment at Yark on a previous visit) needed front-end repair and touch-up to several chips and scratches (some of which were the result of careless treatment at Yark on a previous visit). All of the spots were carefully documented by a Yark employee with me as we walked around the vehicle. Yark kept the vehicle for over a week and when it was returned the major repair had been done beautifully but none of the other issues (chips and scratches) had been taken care of in the same way. The deep wheel well scratches that Yark did. on a previous visit were untouched, the chips to the hood (stones) looked like a kindergartner did it! Moreover (!) there were new surface scratches! Unbelievable! Jim knew we were moving and this was the last opportunity to take care of it. When Willie dropped the car off he saw the condition of the blemishes that he had meticulously documented. My husband and I were more than disappointed at how this beautiful X5 was treated. WHY didn’t the body shop handle the blemishes??? They clearly know how. Who did the sloppy work and altogether missed several noted blemishes?? Unbelievable! Now we live in SC and will need to find someone to undo the blobby smudged touch ups done to the hood and back hatch and redo them as well as the two deep cuts on each rear wheel well from some machinery at Yark. Previously I had to send /take the vehicle repeatedly to fix a voice command computer issue because they simply were not listening to what I repeatedly explained to them. FINALLY, they believed that there was a problem (not that I had the window down or something ridiculous) and fixed the problem. It should never have taken multiple visits that resulted in scratches and hundreds of added miles on the car. Substandard service even if it was a Kia dealership - sickening when talking about an $80k vehicle! More

the 2021 Rubicon is a great vehicle. the entire Yark team were awesome in all aspects while my vehicle was being built. They were in prompt communications, incredibly friendly, solid knowledge of t team were awesome in all aspects while my vehicle was being built. They looked at my tires but never took them off. I have a air leak somewhere. Then over inflated the tires. And didn't out my air caps back on. They are missing somewhere. We were not happy some repairs weren’t done. Tim is rescheduling and not charging another deductible. Was told to bring my car in at 8am on a Friday before a holiday weekend. They didn’t even begin my car until Tuesday. No phone call to let me know or to offer a courtesy car.
